SACRED EMBODIMENT, ENDLESS LOVE
Sacred Embodiment, Endless Love...
It seems like since we, in Tribal Time have embarked on this year's theme -- "Sacred Embodiment, Endless Love," there is so much leaving ... and so much love!
So many people have showered me with love and have held Coley with me in his transition... Yes, another transition -- this weekend my sweet Coley cat departed from his body after sixteen years of being with me in beloved sweetness.
Yesterday we communed deeply as I held him close to me. His spirit already taking leave, his lil paws getting cooler, the smell of decay announcing itself... I nudge him along with the gift of euthanizing and off he went into the vastness of light.
These sound like pretty words but I believe them to be real and true. Known by the lightness of being I am experiencing today, there is no doubt in my mind that I am connecting with Coley. He is free...
Sixteen years of loving him and him loving me... and yet today our life together feels ineffable... Similar to when blowing bubbles and one beautimus, effervescent bubble captivates your attention and your eyes follow it's magical form... until...pop.. its gone... into the air beams... space... gone yet right here...
So it is with forms..emerging, dissolving all within this space..
the space of our hearts...
the space of presence...
the space of love...
sacred embodiment, endless love...
My sister met her first birthday without Michael in 44 years. Surrounded by love... so much love... my sister embraced the day with triumphant spirit... Witnessing her and loving her every moment in her resiliency... Sacred embodiment, Endless love...
This photo is of Risden Woods, the precious child of Jonathan and Ashley, an exquisite couple who wanted a child so badly, held the space for so long and finally received this gorgeous being to join them on their life path.... This photo captures what I want for all of us -- Yes to life! Yes to Embodiment! Yes to endless love!
What if we all mirrored his posture in the mirror every day -- with arms over head, hands touching, lips kissing... ourselves...
Sacred Embodiment, Endless Love....
Come on, try it even once, next time you look in the mirror!
